Zoe Allan

Born and raised in Ballarat, in the heart of Regional Victoria, Zoe commenced her recruitment career in Manufacturing and Technical recruitment in Melbourne in 2003, recruiting for a broad range of organisations from startups to multinationals across Industrial, Food and FMCG Manufacturing.

Throughout her 21 years in Recruitment, Zoe has followed her passion for Regional Victoria by specialising in working with businesses with multi-site Manufacturing operations across both metro and regional locations.

With a proven track record in sourcing and placing C-suite Executives and Senior Leaders in this space, Zoe has a deep understanding of the nuances of Regional Leadership.

She is excited to join Miller Leith and continue her dedication to helping her clients thrive by placing visionary leaders who can encourage collaboration and harmony between regional and metro teams and drive innovation, transformation and ongoing success.

Outside of work, Zoe lives by the sea and loves to spend time swimming, running and exploring in the outdoors.

Bringing constant value to everyone in my life is extremely important to me – This includes my clients, candidates, colleagues, family, friends and community.

What is something quirky about you?

Every morning when I wake up I make a point of saying ‘good morning’ out loud to myself in the mirror with a huge smile on my face. It always puts me in a good mood and sets my day up for positivity and success.

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?

I’ve always loved that you get out what you put in and at the end of the day, it all comes down to taking the time to hear what’s being said, growing your knowledge and investing in developing your relationships and connections with everyone you work with, Clients, Candidates and Colleagues.
