Sinead Flanagan

Meet Sinead Flanagan, originally from Yorkshire, England, Sinead made her way to Sydney in 2019 and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

Sinead started her career in internal recruitment covering a range of roles in healthcare and creative industries before moving to be more specialised in an agency setting. For the past two years, Sinead experience has been focused on FMCG and Manufacturing, across a range of roles.

Here at Miller Leith, Sinead heads up temporary and permanent recruitment alongside Bethany Underwood, for our finance division. This ranges from transactional accounting to Commercial Managers and Finance Managers. Sinead is a dedicated recruitment professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service for both Candidates and Clients.

Outside of work, Sinead loves nothing more than exploring Sydney, finding new coffee or food spots, and soaking up the sun.

What is important to you?

It’s got to be family and friends. It’s the best way to having a balanced and happy life.

What is something quirky about you?

I lived in South Africa for 3 months volunteering at an elephant rescue sanctuary.

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?

What really motivates me are the relationships that you build. It’s a job where you’re speaking to someone new every day, having a positive impact on both candidates and clients.
