Jessica Braun

Born and raised in Ireland, Jess came to Australia in 2019 to get away from the rain, but moved to Melbourne.

Jess began her recruitment career in the Banking & Finance space in Ireland and worked on-site with a bank via an agency. She added on Accounting when she first came to Australia whilst working at a boutique agency firm. She has since joined Miller Leith’s Supply Chain team and feels like she’s found her calling! She has also worked in a leadership role at a sales-based startup.

Outside of work, she loves finding new cafes and bars and tries to buy more plants to join her home jungle.

What is important to you?
Petting every dog that I walk past and making sure I tell them they’re a good dog.

What is something quirky about you?
I’m half deaf in both ears and mostly lipread!

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?
The satisfaction of being able to provide the client with their perfect candidates, coupled with helping a candidate find their dream job!
