Born and raised in Sydney, Eugene now calls Melbourne home after travelling around the globe as a backpacker, as well as having worked internationally for over a decade.

Eugene comes with boutique Human Resource & Recruitment Consulting since 2018 on top of 15 years of operational people and performance management. His expertise in the fields of technical FMCG and operational management spans across Australia, Canada and Hong Kong; in particular, Eugene has worked extensively with clients across alcoholic beverages, nutritional formula and complementary medicines, food manufacturing and distribution verticals. His experience in these sectors allows him to provide clients and candidates with deep industry knowledge and career advice. His work also spans regional and international recruitment from junior to C-Suite level recruitment for his clients, and he’s skilled in multiple systems and psychometric testing tools.

Eugene’s “out of office” passions include an immense palate for food and beverage, being an amateur rugby and soccer athlete, avid water sports buff and enjoys travelling off the beaten track. Eugene is a citizen of the world, having lived and worked in three continents and travelled the globe. Eugene is fluent in Spanish while having a proficient understanding of Asian cultures and business etiquette.
