Ellyse Fletcher

Born and raised in Sydney, Ellyse spent a period of time living in California, before commencing her recruitment career in 2010.

Having gained experience across a range of industries and markets, including Accounting & Finance, HR, Business Support, and Technology, Ellyse has garnered an extensive track record of delivering success. Having been fortunate to work for some of the largest multinational recruitment agencies, through to some of Australia’s leading specialist, Ellyse has a strategic partnership focus and a solution mindset.

Ellyse is particularly passionate about leading a highly successful, collaborative and engaged team, while adding value through operational delivery.

Outside of work, Ellyse is the proud Mum to two little girls, is an avid beach goer, and is always planning a holiday!

What’s really important to you?

Family is incredibly important to me and something that brings me great joy. Equally, I always want to achieve professional goals – for my team, my customers and personally.

What is something quirky about you?

I can’t use paper straws. They’re my equivalent to nails screeching on a chalkboard.

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?

I love the ability that the recruitment industry has to impact peoples’ lives positively – our clients, our candidates, and equally our own teams and individuals . From a personal perspective, I am someone that thrives on being busy, so I love the dynamic nature of the recruitment industry.
