Darien Gourlay

My name is Darien, and I’m originally from Cairns, though I made the move to the Gold Coast two years ago, and I absolutely love it. My career journey has included roles as a Customer Service Manager, Account Manager, and Talent Acquisition Advisor, which have all shaped my passion for building strong relationships and connecting people with the right opportunities.

Currently, I’m a Consultant at Miller Leith, specialising in Retail Operations and Business Support. I take pride in adding value to both clients and candidates by truly understanding their long-term goals. My role allows me to connect talented individuals with opportunities where they can thrive, while helping businesses build high-performing teams that drive success.

Outside of work, I’m a bit of a nana at heart. You’ll find me in the gym, in the sun with a good book, or winding down early – bed by 8pm is my idea of a perfect evening!
