Some Frequently Asked Questions
When will I be paid?
At Miller Leith, we process payroll every Thursday for the week prior. However, based on your nominated bank and external factors, payment may enter your account on Thursday or Friday each week.
What is the link to log my weekly hours (in Invoxy)?
You can log-on to Invoxy by clicking here.
When do I need to complete my timesheets by?
Please complete your timesheets by end of day Sunday, including all hours you have worked and lunch breaks taken.
Where do I find information for setting up a Tax File Number?
Please see a link to the ATO website here which will provide information on TFN and superannuation requirements.
Does Miller Leith have an Employer Nominated Superannuation fund?
Yes, Miller Leith Contracting's Employer Nominated Superannuation fund is Australian Super.
Where do I find information regarding award rates?

Who do I contact if I am unwell and cannot go into work?
If you are unwell and/or cannot attend work for the hours outlined in your employment contract, please notify your Miller Leith Consultant immediately by phone. If you cannot reach them by phone, please leave a voicemail and send an email.
Who do I contact if I have any concerns regarding my placement?
If you have any concerns or queries regarding your placement, please contact your Miller Leith Consultant. Alternatively, if you do not feel comfortable speaking with your Miller Leith Consultant, you can speak to another member of our Contracting team, as per the details here.
Do I need to take a lunch break?
Depending on your Award and length of shift, you may be entitled to a lunch break. For example, if you fall under the Clerks - Private Sector Award and work over 5 hours in a single shift, you are entitled to a lunch break. At Miller Leith, we want to ensure you are at always your best and therefore require lunch breaks to be taken whenever you are entitled to one.

Do I get paid overtime or penalty rates?
This information will be found in your employment contract sent by Miller Leith; penalty rates may apply as required under the listed award. You can find more information on the Fairwork website here.
Unless specifically noted in your contract, prior to working any overtime, weekends or public holidays, the hours MUST be approved before working by your reporting manager and Miller Leith Consultant in writing.
