1-month program including 4 x 1-hour sessions

This 1-month Associate Career Transition Program is designed to deliver high-impact transition support at a cost-effective rate to organisations that are committed to employee well-being in the face of their displacement.

This program supports displaced employees to prepare them to be able to identify and secure new employment as soon as practical. It includes 4 coaching sessions, delivered with the direction of an experienced Career Coach.

Professional Career Transition

3-month program including 6 x 1-hour sessions

This innovative and proven program has been designed as an accelerated career transition solution for clients whose immediate priority is to secure new employment as soon as practical.

The program identifies and addresses individual needs and challenges before progressing to becoming “Market Ready” and embarking on a comprehensive job search effort.

Our Professional Career Transition program is delivered with the direction of an experienced career coach, including some critical learning materials that are supervised by the career coach.

Accelerated Executive Career Transition

6-month program including 12 x 1-hour sessions
