As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, my professional background lies within the technology recruitment space. With experience in both permanent and contract recruitment, I recruit all technical roles ranging from entry-level positions to executive positions.

At Miller Leith, I am responsible for recruiting all things tech nationally. I truly love what I do because it allows me to connect talented individuals with exciting opportunities in the ever-evolving technology landscape. The dynamic nature of the tech industry keeps me engaged and motivated, and I thrive on the challenge of identifying exceptional talent and supporting their career journeys.

Outside of work, I’m a social person who enjoys having fun. I like going for long walks in the sun and spending time at the beach.

What is important to you?

Ensuring that I deliver exceptional service and support to both clients and candidates is a top priority for me.

I believe that fostering strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of each individual is essential. At the same time, I am committed to advancing my career and achieving personal growth. Balancing these two aspects allows me to not only contribute positively to others’ journeys but also to cultivate a fulfilling and successful professional path for myself.

What is something quirky about you?

Nothing comes to mind except the fact that I laugh at my own jokes before I can even finish the joke.

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?

What drives my motivation in the recruitment industry is the chance to define my own success. I value the autonomy it provides, enabling me to set personal goals and pursue them in ways that align with my strengths. This ownership motivates me to continually improve and explore new strategies for connecting talent with opportunity.
